Purchase & Refund Terms

1. What Crowns are

• Crowns (♛) are a virtual currency used in the game's Crown Shop (cosmetics, convenience items and other content).
• Crowns are part of the licence described in the Terms of Use: they are not money, have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another account, except where the game allows it.
• Paid Crowns also give VIP points: 5 VIP points per Crown received, bonus included.

2. Where you can buy

• On vahnora.com, through Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or PayPal, in euros, from €10 to €500.
• On vahnora.com, with your Steam Wallet ("Pay with Steam"): Valve processes the payment.
• Brazil price: fixed packs in reais (card or Pix) for eligible accounts (section 5).

The full price, in the currency you pay, is shown before you confirm.

3. Site bonus

The Steam Wallet and the Brazil price have no bonus. Bonus Crowns are a promotion: they are removed if the purchase is refunded or charged back. We may change the bonus for future purchases; a purchase already made keeps the bonus it was sold with.

4. Delivery

• Crowns are credited to the account you were signed in with, automatically, once the payment is confirmed. Usually within minutes; a Pix payment is credited when Stripe confirms it.
• If your Crowns have not arrived after 24 hours, contact us with the order number (it is in your receipt and in your account history).

5. Brazil price

• Only for accounts where every access to the site (sign-in, checkout, visit from a new IP) came from Brazil and not from a data centre or VPN. One access from outside Brazil removes the Brazil price from the account permanently. Game connections (for example through ExitLag) do not count.
• Cards must be Brazilian. Otherwise the payment is only authorised and then cancelled: nothing is charged.
• Brazil-price Crowns are kept in their own balance and are spent first in the Crown Shop. What you buy with them is bound to your account: it cannot be sold at the auction, traded, mailed, dropped, salvaged or sold to an NPC. They cannot buy Crown Tickets.
• This check is automatic. You can ask for a review by a person (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Your consent to immediate delivery

Crowns are digital content delivered at once. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that delivery starts immediately and to confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the Crowns are delivered. Your receipt confirms this.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

European Union

• You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For Crowns, this right ends when the Crowns are delivered, because you gave the consent in section 6.
• If we did not obtain that consent, you can withdraw within 14 days and get your money back.

Brazil

• Under the Consumer Defence Code (CDC, art. 49), you can withdraw within 7 days of the purchase.
• We refund the purchase if its Crowns have not been spent. If part was spent, we refund the unspent part, in proportion. [PREENCHER: confirmar regra]

Everyone

• Charged twice, Crowns never arrived, or a technical error on our side: we deliver the Crowns or refund you.
• Outside these cases and what the law requires, purchases are not refundable.

How to ask

• Write to [PREENCHER: e-mail de contato] or open a ticket on our Discord, with the order number.
• We refund to the original payment method within [PREENCHER: prazo] days of approving it. The Crowns, bonus Crowns and VIP points of that purchase are removed from the account.
• A refund that we approve under this section never leads to a ban.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If you open a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer or PayPal, or a payment is reversed, without asking us first:

• the Crowns and VIP points of that purchase are removed (your balance can go down to zero);
• the account is banned;
• every Crown Shop item bought with paid or Brazil-price Crowns is revoked wherever it is (bag, vault, auction) and, if already used, the cosmetic is removed from the character;
• players who bought one of those items from you at the auction get their gold back, taken from your characters.

Please contact us first: most problems are solved faster that way.

9. Purchases with the Steam Wallet

• They are processed by Valve and follow the Steam Refunds policy.
• If Valve refunds a purchase, we remove its Crowns and VIP points from the account. [PREENCHER: estorno da Steam bane ou não?]

10. Minors

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission before buying.

11. End of the service

If the game closes, Crown sales stop on the day it is announced (see the Terms of Use, section 8).
