Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what you accept

Vahnora ("the game") and vahnora.com ("the site") are run by [PREENCHER: nome da pessoa física ou empresa] ([PREENCHER: CNPJ/CPF/SIRET]), [PREENCHER: endereço], under the name Vahnora Studios ("we", "us").

By creating an account, signing in or playing, you accept these Terms, the Game Rules and the Purchase & Refund Terms. The Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data. If you do not agree, do not use the game or the site.

2. Age

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you, and any purchase needs their permission.
• Steam's own age rules also apply to the Steam version.

3. Your account

• You can sign in with Steam, Discord, Google, or a username and password. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• An account is personal. Do not share, lend, sell, buy or give away an account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else got into your account. To restore access we may ask you to prove the account is yours.
• Give true details when we ask for them (for example, a real e-mail for receipts and recovery).

4. Conduct

Follow the Game Rules. In short: no cheating, bots or exploits, no harassment, no real-money trading, no scams.

5. Virtual items and Crowns

• Everything in the game (characters, items, gold, Crowns, cosmetics, VIP points, rankings, titles) is licensed, not sold. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use it inside the game while these Terms are in force.
• Virtual items and Crowns are not money and not property. They have no value outside the game. They cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money or anything outside the game, or moved to another game or account, except where the game itself allows it.
• Trading between players is only allowed through the game's own systems (trade, auction, mail).
• Real-money trading is forbidden. Selling, buying or offering accounts, characters, items, gold or Crowns for real money, other goods or services outside the game can lead to removal of the items and a permanent ban of every account involved.
• Refunds of Crowns only happen as described in the Purchase & Refund Terms or where the law requires them.

6. Changes to the game

• Vahnora is an online game that keeps evolving. We may change, balance, add or remove content, items, skills, drop rates, prices in Crowns and game systems.
• If a change permanently removes a paid item you still own, we will replace it with an equivalent item or give back the Crowns you spent on it.
• The game needs servers and an internet connection. We do not promise it will always be available. We may stop it for maintenance, updates or problems.

7. Suspension, bans and leaving

• If you break these Terms or the Game Rules, commit fraud, or charge back a payment, we may warn you, mute your chat, suspend or permanently ban your account, and remove items, gold or progress gained improperly.
• We act on evidence. You can appeal within 30 days through a ticket on our Discord or by e-mail ([PREENCHER: e-mail de contato]).
• An account banned for breaking the rules does not get its Crowns refunded, unless the law requires it.
• You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

8. End of the service

• We may close the game. We will announce it at least 60 days before, on the site, in the game and on Discord.
• Crown sales stop on the day of the announcement.
• Where the law of your country gives you a refund for paid Crowns you have not used, we will honour it.

9. Our content and yours

• The game, the site, their art, music, code, names and logos belong to us or our licensors.
• You may stream, record and publish videos and screenshots of the game, and earn money from them, as long as you do not suggest you are us or speak for us.
• Names, chat messages and other content you create in the game must follow the Game Rules. You allow us to store, show and remove them as needed to run the game.

10. Other services

Steam (Valve), Discord, Google, Stripe and PayPal have their own terms. When you use them to sign in or pay, their terms apply too.

11. Liability

• The game is provided as it is, while it is being developed. It can have bugs.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your own actions (for example, sharing your account or trading with a scammer), by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses.
• Where the law allows a limit, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have by law as a consumer, or limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For important changes we will warn you at least 30 days before, on the site, in the game or on Discord. If you keep playing after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop playing and ask us to delete your account.

13. Law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the law of [PREENCHER: país].
• If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may go to the courts there. In Brazil this includes the Consumer Defence Code (CDC). In the European Union this includes the consumer law of your country of residence.
• Please contact us first. Most problems are solved quickly that way.
